"We called Tall Pines because a neighbor used them and was totally happy with the work. We needed flat roof work on our patio overhang and our shed. Tall Pines came out, gave us their estimate, and had the work scheduled a couple of weeks later. The workers were fast, efficient, did an excellent job that we're sure will last us for many years."

"Where to begin, in 2018 we had a complete tear off roof done. Winter of 2018 we had sheets of ice hanging and every winter after. Winter of 2025 the ice was so bad we decided it was time to get the roof replaced. I searched the BBB and Tall Pines roofing was recommended with a 5star rating. Jon came out to give me an estimate, along with an overview of what could possibly be causing the ice issues. He looked in the attic, he saw the ice sheets, and he poked around on the deck. Jon was able to identify some issues right away. He gave me a realistic quote for what we were dealing with and what would remedy the issues. I have to add that the color of shingles I picked out was what was installed, the last company changed the color after I picked out the shingles. The next day Brian came out to get rid of the ice to help alleviate the weight on the roof and gutters. April 2026 Max and his crew came out and discovered the major issues the previous roofing company left. The team performed a complete tear off of the roof uncovering mold on ever plywood sheet. Insulation was moldy and where there should have been air flow was clogged. The team replaced the insulation and added proper ventilation and replaced baffles. The roof was finished by day two and the team did a fantastic clean up job. I am excited to see what this winter has in store for us but I can wait. I am giving Tall Pines 5 stars because over all we are happy with how we were treated and nothing was too small for them. They all are knowledgeable about roofs and take pride in a job well done. We look forward to working with Tall Pines when we get ready for new siding. Thank you Tall Pines for a job well done."

"I held off on my review to see how the work held up in our Rochester weather. We had Tall Pines do a BIG job on our new house, Roof, siding and new gutters. We had JD out to provide our estimate and he was incredibly professional and thorough in his assessment, the ONLY salesman of the 3 estimates we had who actually went up on our roof to make his recommendations. The roofing crew made the biggest mess, but left our yard looking better after their clean up than it was prior to the work. We had some issues arise with the siding, but Tall Pines was responsive and addressed our concerns promptly and made it right. My communication with Gabby in the office was great, she is kind and helpful! This was not a cheap project, but we are extremely impressed and very happy with the work from Tall Pines. Also- very generous warranties with their work! We highly recommend this company for any exterior projects!"

I received three estimates for the job and chose Tall Pines because I was convinced that they would provide high quality at an excellent value. The sales person fully explained the material options and the process used by Tall Pines to ensure high quality. Unique to Tall Pines is their placement of ice and water shield on the entire roof. I was skeptical at first, but Jon explained why that is such a good choice. The crew was very organized and efficient. "A bit of back story, a tree fell on our roof, damaging it. The inspector that our insurance company sent came and made his report on what he felt should be fixed. When the rep from Tall Pines came to go over costs, etc, he asked to look in the attic to make sure there was no structural damage, which as it turned out, there was. He took pics and they worked with our insurance company to get it covered. Communication was great. The roofers did a great job. The cleanup was great, and our roof and gutters were done quickly.
